• We use DHL Express International delivery services for all online orders
• Should there be a delay or any issue with your delivery, please contact customerservice@ariesarise.com for help in resolving the problem.
• International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which could cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
• When ordering from Aries Arise you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Returns
You have 14 days, from the date you received your order, to return or exchange your purchase.
Items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that they were received in.
Please ensure before you return an item that all tags are attached, all original packaging is present and intact.
For footwear, please place the shoebox inside protective packaging. We do not accept returns on underwear, socks and jewellery.
All orders include a DHL return label. Please visit our Returns Portal to book a return. For refunds the cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Alternatively, you can choose to return yourself using a different method.
